I'm a structural engineer and Bejtullah worked along side me in the line of piled foundations which hold large story builds. He was running that project. He has a wealth of knowledge in groundwork/foundations and new builds. His prices are competitive and is a hard worker. Bejtullah and his team have undertaken a major rennovation of our house, which included a 2 storey extension, conversion of the garage into a new kitchen, and complete remodelling of the downstairs of the house (removal of several internal walls, RSJs as needed, new floor with underfloor heating system) and all necessary making good and finishing. At all stages Bejtullah has been totally honest, couteous, trustworthy, and has proven to be extremely flexible and true to his word. He has consistently gone the extra mile to ensure our project is completed to the highest standards, to our complete satisfaction, and within our budget. Tushi and his team did an excellent job converting our 1930's 4 bedroom/2 bathroom house into a spacious 5 bed/3bathroom house with a double garage as well as additional downstairs space. The job was challenging as old houses do spring up with surprises but Tushi and his team dealt with them calmly and one at a time. Superb craftmanship with excellent finishes, an eye for detail and always keen to do a great job. The builders arrived at 8 am and did not leave until 6 pm - working all the hours avaialble. The building materials were carefully selected - old bricks and roof tiles etc. were matched. It helps that Tushi is a civil engineer and has got a full time foreman on site to oversee the work. A big thank you for the team on all their effort and I am happy to be a reference for anybody who would like to employ Tushi.

Bejtullah built a single storey extension to the back of my house. Everything was completed within 6 weeks, which was how long he initially said it would take. A very hardworking team who were very conscientious as there was little disruption to us or our neighbours whilst work was taking place. Very respectful. I liked the fact that Bejtullah was always confident with the job and I hardly ever had to speak to him as I trusted what he was doing. He kept me updated and that was all I needed. I couldn't have been happier with the job and I would recommend him without hesitation.
